The HR Systems Engineer is part of the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) team within the Human Resources department. This role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing HR systems across a large enterprise environment, with a primary focus on Workday and supporting experience in ADP Workforce Now.
Key Responsibilities
HR Systems Configuration & Optimization:

Configure and optimize Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning, and Integrations

Support and maintain ADP Workforce Now configurations as needed, including data alignment with Workday
Integration Management:

Design, develop, and manage complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors

Support data integrations and interfaces between Workday, ADP Workforce Now, and other enterprise systems
Business Process Management:

Design, configure, and maintain complex business processes within Workday

Partner with HR and Payroll teams to ensure end‑to‑end process alignment across systems
Reporting & Analytics:

Create and maintain advanced reports using Workday Report Writer and other reporting tools

Support data validation and reconciliation between Workday and ADP Workforce Now
Security & Compliance:

Configure and manage Workday security groups and roles

Ensure data security and compliance across HR systems, including ADP Workforce Now
Technical Support & Change Management:

Troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration and integration issues

Manage system changes, releases, and enhancements to ensure smooth transitions
Required Qualifications:
-
5+ years of experience supporting Workday in a large enterprise environment

Hands‑on experience with ADP Workforce Now (configuration, integrations, or operational support)

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

Advanced expertise in Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors

Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with HR, Payroll, and technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:

Software engineering or development background
-
Experience supporting multi‑system HR or payroll environments #ZR
