TransForce is seeking a CDL Class A Driver to support local operations in Wilmington, North Carolina. This temp-to-perm position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, local routes with daily home time, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule\n

• Pay: $24 per hour

\n

• Overtime available after 40 hours

\n

• Schedule: Monday through Friday

\n

• Start time: Between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.

\n

• Hours per week: 40

\n

• Employment type: Temp to perm

\n

• Anticipated start date: August 24, 2026

Key Responsibilities\n

\n
• Safely operate CDL Class A equipment on local routes.

\n

• Transport equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.

\n

• Perform required freight-handling tasks, including touch freight.

\n

• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

\n

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.

\n

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.

\n

Minimum Requirements\n

\n
• Valid CDL Class A license.

\n

• 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.

\n

• No endorsements required.

\n

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.

\n

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.

\n
