<li>Shift: 8 am - 12 pm (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) </li>
<li>Hours: Consistent weekly schedule </li>
<li>Pay: $12/hr </li>
<li>Type: W-2 </li>

 Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, stairwells, and lobby spaces </li>
<li>Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors </li>
<li>Empty and reline trash and recycling bins </li>
<li>Clean restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, replenishing supplies) </li>
<li>Wipe surfaces, door handles, and high-touch areas </li>
<li>Ensure building remains tidy, safe, and presentable </li>
<li>Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly </li>
<li>Follow checklists and take photos </li>
</ul>
 Requirements
