TradeWise Staffing Group is hiring entry-level electricians and apprentices for a large-scale commercial water reclamation facility project in Graham, NC. New to the trade? No problem — if you've got up to a year of experience (or a strong willingness to learn), we want to talk. This is steady, long-term work on a multi-year build with real room to grow your skills and your pay.

Pay: $20–$22/hr (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

Assist journeymen electricians with installation and assembly
Run conduit, pull wire, and help terminate connections
Support underground electrical and low-voltage work
Load, move, and stage materials on site
Follow all OSHA and site safety standards

What We're Looking For:

0–1 year of electrical or construction experience
Willingness to learn and show up ready to work
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Must pass background check and drug screen
