Location: Sparta, MI Shift: 3rd shift Pay: #$15/hr

Job Summary Are you dependable, hardworking, and mechanically inclined? We’re seeking a Production Worker to join our team in Sparta, MI. In this role, you’ll perform a variety of production functions, helping manufacture wax paper and prepare customer orders for shipment.
What You’ll Be Doing As a Production Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
- Production: Perform a variety of production functions involved in making wax paper.
- Order Preparation: Help prepare finished orders for shipment.
- Team Support: Work with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient production process.
- General Production Duties: Assist with other tasks as needed to support daily operations.
What We’re Looking For Qualifications:
- No experience required — training is provided!
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to work 3rd shift in Sparta, MI.
Skills:
- Mechanically Inclined: Comfortable working around equipment and machinery.
- Dependable: Reliable and willing to work as part of a production team.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced production environment.
