RN - Cath Lab

\n

Job Details:

\n

• Work in a 2-room Cath Lab with a 1:1 patient ratio
\n • Day shift position with on-call callbacks for night shift coverage
\n • Every other weekend on-call required
\n • Every other night on-call during the week required
\n • 30-minute response time required for callbacks
\n • Operate and work with equipment including IABP, Impella, stents, balloons, IVUS, FFR, and Ultrasound
\n • Use Meditech EMR system
\n • Perform procedures including heart caths, interventions, pacemakers, AICD, Watchman, EP ablations, and peripheral venous/arterial procedures
\n • IABP and Impella experience required
\n • Interventional Cath peripheral/coronary experience required
\n • EP experience preferred
\n • Float coverage to IR, ICU (if competency verified), and Pre/Post PACU Cath as needed
\n • Required certifications: ACLS, RCIS
\n • Dress code: Navy scrubs

Facility:

This facility operates a dedicated Cath Lab with two fully equipped procedure rooms, staffed by a specialized team of monitor technicians, registered nurses, and procedure technicians. The department provides a comprehensive range of interventional cardiac and peripheral procedures, supported by advanced medical equipment and technology. The facility maintains around-the-clock availability through an on-call system to ensure continuous patient care coverage.
