We are looking for a licensed Buyer’s Agent to join a fast-paced team fueled by high-intent leads from Zillow Premier. This is a strong opportunity to work with active buyers, grow your pipeline quickly, and build long-term consistency with rewarding commissions.
In this role, you will partner with experienced agents and team leaders who provide structure, guidance, and mentorship. Licensed agents are supported with ready-to-go leads, proven systems, and productivity tools that streamline the client process from first contact to closing. With hands-on coaching and a team culture focused on results, you will stay in motion and scale your business while earning rewarding commissions.

Compensation:
$160,000 at plan
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
- Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results
- Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
- Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
- Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
- Follow the team coaching plan of action
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
- Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
- Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
- Real Estate license required
- Great communication
