  • Assist with gathering documentation required for transfer pricing analyses of intercompany transactions, coordinating with external advisors as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal accounting, finance, and legal teams to collect and organize data required for tax reporting and compliance.
  • Support responses to tax notices and audits and maintain documentation supporting tax positions and compliance with internal controls.
  • Support tax analysis related to project-level entities and partnership structures, including allocations, capital accounts, and tax basis tracking associated with infrastructure development projects.
  • Assist with tax structuring and planning for domestic and international investments, including analysis of entity structures, intercompany transactions, and cross-border operations.
  • Support tax considerations related to large-scale capital projects, including the tax treatment of development costs, capitalization policies, and depreciation of infrastructure assets.
  • Coordinate with internal finance and legal teams on entity formations, restructurings, and transactions, ensuring appropriate tax treatment and documentation.
