Chiropractic Assistant / Massage Therapist
Schedule: 4 days per week Tues-Fri, approximately 23 hours per week
Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Chiropractic Assistant/Massage Therapist to join our chiropractic practice.
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide brief, targeted massage therapy (5-10 min) to patients based on their chief complaint and treatment needs. Our approach is focused on helping patients feel better and supporting the chiropractor’s overall treatment plan.
Responsibilities
· Provide targeted massage to areas of concern for chiropractic patients.
· Learn and apply massage techniques appropriate for common musculoskeletal complaints.
· Assist the chiropractor with patient care and overall patient flow.
· Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients.
· Help with scheduling, answering phones, and other front-office duties as needed.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment.
· Assist with light cleaning and general office responsibilities.
· Be willing to help wherever needed to support the practice and our patients.
Qualifications
· Previous massage experience or training is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
· Must be comfortable working with patients and learning new techniques.
· Excellent communication and people skills.
· Friendly, positive, and dependable personality.
· Must be physically capable of performing massage and other job responsibilities.
