Our onboarding and training systems are unmatched in the industry. Your first 5 days with us will be a dynamic, immersive experience. You'll develop a focused skillset, from perfecting lead conversion methods to delivering exceptional buyer/seller consultations and mastering contract proficiency. Our objective? To get you presenting properties and finalizing deals as quickly as possible.
Here's what we're looking for in our agents:
- An active real estate license
- Enthusiasm for representing sellers and buyers in residential real estate transactions
- Expertise in preparing residential purchase agreements and listing agreements
- Capability in conducting comprehensive property evaluations to establish precise property values
- Dedication to being consistently available and responsive to clients' needs
- Commitment to keeping all systems and CRM tools current with information from our channel partners, including Zillow
