You will be responsible for providing legal counsel, representation, and advocacy to clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Client Consultations: Meet with clients to discuss their personal injury claims, evaluate the merits of their cases, and explain the legal process.

Case Investigation: Investigate and gather evidence related to clients' injuries, including medical records, accident reports, and witness statements.

Claim Filing: Prepare and file claims on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all required documentation.

Negotiation: Negotiate with insurance companies, employers, and opposing counsel to reach favorable settlements for clients.

Litigation: Represent clients in hearings, administrative proceedings, and trials when necessary.

Client Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the legal process, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.

Documentation: Maintain detailed case records, documentation, and correspondence to track progress and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active state bar admission and license to practice law in Michigan-willing to consider newly barred and experienced candidates.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
