We’re seeking a confident, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team and take ownership of the front-of-house experience.
In this energetic role, you will be the vital link between our store operations and our valued customers. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will ensure seamless customer support, efficient data management, and outstanding client service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant team while developing your skills in sales, customer service, and administrative support. Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in customers and members
- Manage bay and sim-racing reservations and scheduling
- Verify signed waivers and safety documentation
- Process payments (bay rentals, memberships, retail items, events)
- Promote and upsell memberships and events
- Answer phones and respond to general inquiries
- Monitor bay time usage and communicate overages
- Maintain organized lobby and retail display areas
- Support basic inventory tracking for merchandise and consumables
- Assist with event check-ins and community activities
- Escalate safety or operational concerns to management
- Maintain accurate daily records and cash reconciliation
Requirements
- Strong automotive knowledge and background
- Strong customer service skills
- Comfortable working in an automotive environment
- Comfortable working in a small team
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Confident communicator
- Able to enforce policies respectfully
- Computer proficiency (POS systems, Microsoft Ofiice, email, scheduling software)
- Sales mindset preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
