Junior Estimator (Industrial HVAC/Sheet Metal) | Matthews, NC | Direct Hire | $70K-$80K

We're seeking a Junior Estimator to join a growing industrial construction team in Matthews, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in estimating while working alongside experienced industry professionals.

Responsibilities:
\n
✅ Review RFQs, RFPs, drawings, specifications, and bid documents
\n
✅ Perform material and labor takeoffs
\n
✅ Obtain vendor and subcontractor pricing
\n
✅ Assist with project estimates, cost analysis, and bid preparation
\n
✅ Develop relationships with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
\n
✅ Support large-scale industrial HVAC and sheet metal construction projects
\n
Qualifications: ✔ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field plus 1+ year of industrial HVAC/sheet metal estimating experience, OR
\n
✔ 3+ years of industrial HVAC/sheet metal estimating experience
\n
✔ Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
\n
✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
\n
✔ Experience with QuickPen or similar estimating software is a plus
\n
Compensation: $70,000-$80,000
\n
