This role is responsible for cleaning, detailing, and preparing vehicles for delivery or display, ensuring each vehicle meets our high standards of appearance. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Wash and dry vehicle exteriors using appropriate cleaning materials and equipment

Clean and vacuum interiors, including seats, carpets, and trunks

Apply waxes, polishes, and protective coatings to vehicles

Clean windows, mirrors, and interior surfaces to a high shine

Inspect vehicles before and after detailing to ensure quality standards are met

Maintain cleanliness and organization of detailing and car wash areas

Safely move vehicles around the lot and in/out of the service area

Report any vehicle damage, mechanical issues, or concerns to management promptly

Assist with lot organization, including arranging vehicles for display or delivery

Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

Previous automotive detailing or car wash experience preferred, but not required

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles is a plus

Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work

Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Excellent time management and communication skills

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Willingness to work in varying weather conditions

Exposure to outdoor elements (heat, cold, rain)

May require weekends and extended hours during busy periods

Fast-paced and physically active environment
