The Plumber will support residential and commercial service calls, handling assigned plumbing tasks independently while mentoring junior plumbers. Reporting to the Owner, this role combines technical plumbing service with strong customer service, accurate work-order documentation, and professional interaction with homeowners, business owners and other end users. Compensation includes a generous base hourly rate plus commission on completed work and a company truck.
Responsibilities
- Perform leak detection, pipe repairs, and valve replacements.
- Repair and replace plumbing fixtures.
- Clean drains and service water heaters.
- Conduct plumbing system inspections.
- Support residential and commercial service calls.
- Complete work orders and maintain accurate daily documentation.
- Follow safety compliance requirements and clean worksites.
- Provide customer service and interact professionally with homeowners.
- Handle assigned tasks independently and mentor junior plumbers.
Required Qualifications
- P2 plumbing qualification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two or more years of plumbing experience.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
