Job Description:

Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance

Lead and train junior techs on job sites

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents

Ensure work is completed according to safety and quality standards

Communicate effectively with team leads and project managers
✅ Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience in the trade

Strong understanding of electrical/mechanical systems

Ability to work independently and lead a team

OSHA 10 or higher preferred
-
Reliable transportation
