Job Requirements\n

- At least 1 year of Physical Therapist experience required
- Active Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania or eligibility to practice

- Experience in a fast-paced clinic or rehabilitation environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills

- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on clinical findings and functional goals
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, pain management, and overall function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to support optimal rehabilitation outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, home exercise programs, and recovery strategies
- Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge plans accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care
