Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Perform medication administration as assigned by and under the supervision of a nurse.</li>
<li>Inform clinical supervisor of changes in client’s conditions.</li>
<li>Document care given, observations and treatments.</li>
<li>Comply with policies and procedures of facility.</li>
<li>Ensure that facility and client’s equipment, supplies and belongings are safeguarded.</li>
<li>Taking and recording BP, temperature, pulse and respiration.</li>
<li>Maintaining clean and safe environment for clients.</li>
<li>Ensure and protect clients’ rights and maintain confidentiality.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:­
<ul>
<li>Current Certification with the State of Arizona </li>
<li>1-year experience as a Certified Med Tech  in the last 3 years in a supervised setting</li>
<li>Current CPR in compliance with the American Heart Association standards</li>
<li>Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months</li>
<li>Successful completion of the skills assessment</li>
<li>Fingerprint Clearance Card</li>
</ul>

Responsibilities:
