Caregiver (Full-Time & Part-Time) – $18–$21/hr + Daily Pay Option
FirstLight Home Care of Carlsbad, Encinitas, and La Jolla
Location: San Marcos, CA 92078 and surrounding areas
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Job Type: Part-time/Full Time
Schedule: 7 days a week

What You’ll Do:
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Run errands or accompany clients to appointments
- Help clients have their best day, every day!
What do you need to get started?
- Must be 18 years or older
- No experience necessary but a kind heart is preferred we provide all training needed before we send you to work with a client.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- HCA (Home Care Aide) registration or willingness to obtain it(We can guide you through the process, but clearance is not guaranteed)
- TB Test done in the last 90 days.
