You will work within a system that is dedicated to the core value of family. Assistance and collaboration with other data clerks and the attendance supervisor will be provided.
The responsibilities of a Data Clerk/Finance Secretary are: entering and updating information into relevant databases, maintaining and monitoring school attendance records as well as permanent records, maintaining the report card portal, receiving and giving calls from parents/guardians regarding school attendance, and disseminating reports regarding attendance/absences/disciplinary records/schedules/grades as requested, performing other student data entry as required. Performs a variety of general bookkeeping, record keeping, accounting functions, administrative and office clerical duties; and computes, classifies, and records numerical data to keep sets of financial records complete.
The position reports to the Principal and Attendance Director.
Attendance is an essential function of the job.
