Project Manager - Enterprise Third Party Risk Management
The ETPO Program Management Team is seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) to support initiatives within the Enterprise Third Party Risk Management division. This role will focus on managing projects with significant technology components and multiple concurrent workstreams.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused, with strong communication, writing, and presentation skills. You will work cross-functionally with IT and business partners to drive projects forward from planning through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects with technical components and cross-functional workstreams
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Track progress, risks, dependencies, and issues, and communicate status to stakeholders
- Analyze data and metrics to support project reporting and decision-making
- Partner closely with IT and business teams across the organization
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter with the ability to execute plans and objectives with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong data analysis capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Flexible and adaptable; comfortable partnering with IT and diverse business teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 8+ years of project management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in third-party risk management and/or the financial services industry
- Experience using Jira and Microsoft Project
- PMP certification
Pay Details: $60.00 to $63.00 per hour
