Aviation Construction Assistant Project Manager
PM Technologies, a leading provider of project management consulting services to Fortune 500 companies, is looking for a Assistant Project Manager. The Project Manager will manage projects as part of a team in the design and construction of a airport renovation Program located at the Atlanta airport. PM Technologies is engaged in this Project as the owner’s representative. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the project team with the following :
· Construction Management
· Project planning and scheduling
· Budget and cost control
· Scope Management
· Change Management
· Risk Management
Qualifications:
Ability to learn and grow your Project Management skills
Candidate must be able to multi-task under time constraints
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Experience/Expertise:
Must have 1+ years construction management experience
Education:
Bachelors in Engineering, Building Construction or related technical concentration.
PMP certification is desirable
Courses in project management desirable
Proficient with the following applications preferred: MS-Project, MS-Office, Procore, Primavera a plus
