Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Agricultural Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with farmers and agricultural businesses, promoting and selling seeds and herbicides, providing product knowledge and recommendations, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include market research, attending trade shows, and providing excellent customer service and support to ensure successful crop production.
Qualifications

Experience in sales, particularly in the agricultural sector, is preferred

Knowledge of corn, soybean, wheat, and alfalfa seed varieties

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Customer service experience and skills

Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
