We have a client seeking an experienced and visionary Strategic Leader to spearhead our collaboration technology initiatives within a large-scale enterprise environment. What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and Mentor: Directly manage a team of 2-3 managers and 10-20 engineers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Strategic Oversight: Manage and secure our Microsoft 365 tenant, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance.
• Technology Expertise: Drive the implementation and optimization of M365 services, the Power Platform, AI/Copilot technologies, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Relationship Building: Serve as a key stakeholder, building strong relationships across functional teams and managing strategic vendor partnerships for SaaS solutions.
• Drive Innovation: Champion an analytical approach, committed to automation and helping the organization embrace and thrive with new technology.

Required Skills and Experience

• Microsoft 365 and collaboration technologies.
• Demonstrated leadership in overseeing large-scale M365 environments.
• Extensive knowledge of core M365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• In-depth understanding of M365 architecture, licensing, and service interdependencies.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and the Power Platform.
