Destination NJ Homes is on a mission to change the way real estate is done here in New Jersey.
We are looking for an office manager to lead the charge — expanding from 12 to 30 agents in the next 24 months — and we’re looking for a driven, resourceful Office Manager to help us get there. At Destination NJ Homes, we build true partnerships with our agents, not just a place to hang a license.
Our model is different: we take 60% of the administrative work off our agents’ plates with a robust backend team, systems, and technology, then implement a proven process to help double their production. We are active participants in bringing our agents' ideas and initiatives to life rather than simply a passive sounding board.
In this role, you’ll influence recruiting efforts by promoting our unique value to agents, handling outreach, and driving conversations that bring top talent into our team. Additionally, you will be responsible for onboarding new agents, implementing a numbers-driven coaching and accountability methodology, and providing a sounding board for agents' ideas and day-to-day issues.

Compensation:
$110,000 - $200,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Help identify and attract producing agents
- Handle objections confidently and persuasively when speaking with prospective agents
- Run accountability sessions and coaching check-ins with current agents
- Oversee new agent onboarding to ensure smooth integration into the brokerage
- Drive agent production growth through leadership, training, and motivation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing in real estate, with a history of recruiting agents
- Stern but empathetic leadership style—able to set standards while building trust
- Numbers-driven mindset: embraces accountability, tracking, and transparency
- Persuasive communicator: personable, confident, and able to “sell” our brokerage
- Local to NJ with a solid understanding of the regional market, including the value proposition of the majority of NJ Brokerages
