Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Onsite – Miami, FL
Position Overview
Miami-Dade County is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive online application and payment processing system. This role is critical to advancing regulatory compliance and enforcement through automation, seamless integrations, and enhanced data analytics.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that improve enforcement tracking, audit processes, and case assignment workflows, while integrating multiple external data sources.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and deployment of an online application and payment processing system within Salesforce.

Automate enforcement tracking and audit workflows using Salesforce declarative and programmatic tools.

Integrate external data sources, including:

Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR)
-
Department of Revenue (DOR)
-
Florida Division of Corporations (Sunbiz)
-

Optimize GIS-based enforcement case assignments to enhance operational efficiency.

Implement USPS-standardized address management within the Salesforce platform.

Develop and enhance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and external partners.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
Salesforce Automation:
-
Proficiency with Salesforce Flow Builder (Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled, Auto-Launched Flows)

Experience with declarative automation tools such as Process Builder, Approval Processes, and Workflow Rules
Custom Development:
-
Strong Apex coding skills, including Triggers and Batch Processing

Experience developing Visualforce pages

Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) for custom user interfaces
Integration & Data Management:

Skilled in REST and SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, and Postman for integrations

Proficient in SOQL/SOSL, bulk data processing, and data migration techniques
Security & DevOps:

Knowledge of Salesforce access control including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Agile development, Git version control, and Salesforce DX
