What You’ll Do

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents and families

Coordinate all aspects of the admissions process, including documentation, insurance verification, and pre-admission assessments

Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, and referral sources to maintain steady occupancy

Conduct facility tours and present our services with enthusiasm and professionalism

Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and admission policies

Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth transition for new residents
What We’re Looking For

Experience in admissions, healthcare marketing, or social work or have an active LPN license (SNF or healthcare experience preferred)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance processes

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
