Job Posting: Electrical Project Manager We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the day-to-day coordination, financial performance, and execution of commercial electrical projects ranging from $50k to $2.5M. In this role, you will serve as the essential connection between field operations and administrative contractual requirements to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities
- Financial & Operational Oversight: Manage project budgets, forecasting, billing, and cost tracking.
- Scheduling & Procurement: Develop project schedules in coordination with the Superintendent and oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Project Documentation: Execute project paperwork, including submittals, RFIs, and closeout documents, while maintaining organized logs.
- Collaboration: Serve as the lead point of contact for General Contractors, owners, and design teams.
- Compliance: Ensure contract compliance and maintain balanced project logistics with field progress. Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial electrical projects within the $50k–$2.5M range.
- Adept at reading and interpreting blueprints with a solid understanding of NEC and NYC electrical codes.
- Computer-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Procore, Autodesk, or Project Plan 365.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
- Previous electrical field experience is a bonus. Logistics & Benefits
- Compensation: $80,000–$110,000 annually.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm.
- Location: This is a field-based role requiring a reliable commute to projects in all five NYC boroughs and New Jersey. You must be able to report to the Staten Island office 1–2 days per week.
- Work Arrangement: No work-from-home or hybrid options are available.
