Buying Center Representative (BDC / Automotive Experience REQUIRED)

Immediate Opening – Hiring ASAP

AutoCenters Nissan is actively hiring to fill an immediate opening in our Buying Center.

We are looking for someone with previous BDC and/or dealership experience who can step in and produce right away.

This is a phone-based sales role focused on purchasing vehicles directly from the public — not floor sales.

This is a great fit for:

- Experienced BDC Representatives ready for the next step

- Automotive Sales Reps looking for better hours / structure

- Internet Sales or Call Center professionals from dealerships

If you already know how to work leads, follow up, and set appointments — you’ll succeed here.

What You’ll Do:

- Handle inbound & outbound calls, texts, and internet leads

- Set and confirm vehicle appraisal appointments

- Follow up aggressively to drive show rates

- Manage customer activity inside CRM

- Work directly with management to hit acquisition goals

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

- Previous Automotive Dealership Experience REQUIRED

- BDC, Internet Sales, or Sales background preferred

- Strong phone and follow-up skills

- CRM experience

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits:
