Position Overview
Our clients at the historic Martinique Hotel in Manhattan, NY, is seeking a professional, high-caliber Security Guards to join our team. We require dedicated individuals who excel in hospitality-driven security, situational awareness, and guest relations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive Patrolling: Conduct routine foot patrols of all interior premises, public spaces, and exterior perimeters.
- Access Control: Monitor surveillance equipment, inspect building access points, and secure all entryways.
- Guest & Team Support: Provide exceptional assistance to hotel guests, visitors, and employees following established hospitality protocols.
- Incident Prevention & Reporting: Prevent property loss or damage by reporting irregularities, addressing policy violations, and documenting detailed incident reports.
- Systems Monitoring: Maintain hotel stability by monitoring building controls, fire panels, and equipment safety systems.
- Compliance: Ensure full compliance with state, local, and federal legal guidelines to protect the organization’s reputation.
- Team Collaboration: Execute ad hoc security duties and assist the management team during special events or emergencies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hospitality Mindset: Outstanding customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
- Field Expertise: Proven track record in physical security, observation techniques, and surveillance monitoring.
- Incident Reporting: Exceptional written communication skills for logging daily activities and legal documentation.
- Legal Knowledge: Sound understanding of public safety guidelines and legal regulations for Manhattan area security.
- Credentials: A valid, current New York State Security Guard License is strictly required.
Job Details & Requirements:
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts (Saturday and Sunday availability required)
- Compensation: Bi-weekly pay structure

Mandatory Hiring Criteria:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in each of the following areas:
