Ghaffari Law Firm is hiring an Associate / Of Counsel Attorney to oversee a high-volume PI pre-lit docket, all fully remote, with a supportive team behind you.

What You’ll Do

• Manage up to 75 active pre-litigation cases
• Review liability, medical records, and case value
• Approve and revise demand packages
• Negotiate aggressively with adjusters
• Work closely with case managers and legal assistants
• Communicate directly with clients and guide their case
• Drive settlement strategy and ensure cases move forward

Ideal Candidates

• Licensed in at least one U.S. state
• 2+ years PI experience (pre-lit focus preferred)
• Strong negotiator with excellent written and verbal communication
• Organized, responsive, and able to manage volume
• Client-centered, empathetic, and detail-oriented
