We wish to employ an experienced, energetic House Manager to work for a family in Delray Beach. This position requires a professional with strong communications skills, a great organizational mindset, and the ability to be hands-on.
Job Responsibilities
Procure, schedule, and manage:
- Household vendors and service providers for the interior, exterior, and grounds of all owned properties. (7 residential and rental properties)
- Vendors and service providers for automobile and recreational vehicle maintenance.
- Maintain maintenance schedules list.
- Invoice review and bill pay for vendors.
- Mail, package, and returns assistance.
- Calendar maintenance and the coordination of the various family members’ activities.
- Coordinate scheduling with Mr.’s EA.
- Liaise with principles to plan and book domestic and international travel.
- Maintain asset log.
Miscellaneous:
- Maintain communication with the principles to manage projects.
- Help coordinate occasional social events.
- Coordinate meal planning and grocery delivery with Mrs.
- Contact maintenance including gift lists, holiday cards, birthdays, etc.
- Perform other administrative and hands-on household tasks as needed, including errands, pet care/grooming, etc.
