<li>A hospital near Sacramento is looking for experienced CVICU nurses for a travel contract.</li>
<li>The right candidate will have 2 years of experience.</li>
</ul>
<ul>Job Requirements
<li>Hold an active BLS certification.</li>
<li>Hold an active ACLS certification.</li>
<li>Hold an active NIHSS certification.</li>
<li>Hold an active California License.</li>
</ul>
<ul>Schedule Information
<li>12 hr shifts.</li>
<li>Shift starts at 645.</li>
<li>Report is at the bedside.</li>
<li>OT and extra shifts are available.</li>
<li>Self-scheduling is used, but is not finalized until Manager balances it.</li>
<li>Schedules are out 4 weeks.</li>
</ul>
<ul>Unit Specific Information
<li>Tele: Yes, must be able to read and interpret EKG strips.</li>
<li>Vents: Yes.</li>
<li>Hospitalist or Intensivist in house: Yes.</li>
<li>RT 24/7: Yes.</li>
<li>Pharmacy 24/7: Yes.</li>
<li>Floating to all other Sacramento facilities may occur.</li>
</ul>
<ul>Additional Details
<li>ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required.</li>
<li>Med Sol prescreens/manager will conduct a 2nd interview/review.</li>
<li>Need 2 supervisor references (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 within 12 months and 1 within 3 years worked.</li>
<li>Candidates may not have been directly employed by any facility associated with CommonSpirit within the past year.</li>
<li>Prior to acceptance, the Dys exam through Relias or UNA is required along with acceptance. Must be completed within 24-48 hours.</li>
