What You’ll Do
As a Service Advisor, you are the face of the service department and the primary point of communication for our customers.
Your responsibilities include:
- Greet customers and manage service drive traffic professionally
- Act as the liaison between customers and technicians
- Communicate vehicle concerns, repair recommendations, and timelines clearly
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) standards
- Answer questions about repairs, warranties, and vehicle services
- Write, manage, and distribute repair orders efficiently
- Assist in diagnosing customer concerns and coordinating parts ordering
- Oversee warranty processes and claims documentation
- Ensure all repairs and processes meet dealership and manufacturer standards
- Build strong relationships with customers, technicians, and manufacturers
- Support a smooth, efficient workflow in the service department

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Customer-first mindset with a positive, professional attitude
- Leadership ability and strong time-management skills
- Experience in automotive service, sales, or customer service preferred
- Basic understanding of automotive systems (or willingness to learn)
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and service software
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
