What You’ll Do

As a Service Advisor, you are the face of the service department and the primary point of communication for our customers.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Greet customers and manage service drive traffic professionally
  • Act as the liaison between customers and technicians
  • Communicate vehicle concerns, repair recommendations, and timelines clearly
  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) standards
  • Answer questions about repairs, warranties, and vehicle services
  • Write, manage, and distribute repair orders efficiently
  • Assist in diagnosing customer concerns and coordinating parts ordering
  • Oversee warranty processes and claims documentation
  • Ensure all repairs and processes meet dealership and manufacturer standards
  • Build strong relationships with customers, technicians, and manufacturers
  • Support a smooth, efficient workflow in the service department

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
  • Customer-first mindset with a positive, professional attitude
  • Leadership ability and strong time-management skills
  • Experience in automotive service, sales, or customer service preferred
  • Basic understanding of automotive systems (or willingness to learn)
  • Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and service software
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
