These skills and qualifications will help you shine in this role:

5+ years of professional shop experience
ASE certifications, required
Valid, clean drivers license, required
Leadership and mentoring skills, strongly preferred
Advanced diagnostic and electrical skills (having your own diagnostic tools is a huge plus)
Dependable, motivated, no excuses
Team player, coachable, and committed to doing it right
