Job DescriptionDescriptionAbramson Labor Group is seeking a highly motivated, well-qualified Associate to join our Pre-Litigation team in Studio City, CA.

Key ResponsibilitiesEssential functions of the role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Attorneys are expected to manage a docket of Pre-Litigation cases to resolution
- Associates report directly to an assigned Senior Associate and are supported substantively and administratively by a team of paralegals
- Associates collaborate with Pre-Litigation staff to the extent necessary to achieve a high standard of excellence when serving clients
- Must be comfortable providing guidance to non-attorneys as needed
- Responsible for bringing positivity to the workplace and leading non-attorneys by example
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequirements:
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar.
