Highly-ranked legal practice firm seeks new legal assistants for their Orange County office!
Secretary/Legal Assistant position:
- 2+ years general civil litigation experience is required. Personal Injury, Business, Employment, Insurance Defense or General Civil Litigation is preferred. Any and all fields of experience will be considered.
- Must have experience with calendaring.
- State E-filing experience required, federal experience is a plus!
- Experience preparing pleadings and correspondence preferred.
- Paralegal certificate is a plus, but not required.
- Trial preparation experience is a huge plus, but not required.
