Join Our Team as a Preventive Maintenance Technician
As a Preventive Maintenance Technician with Productivity Inc, you’ll travel to customer sites across southeastern Minnesota to perform scheduled preventive maintenance on CNC metalworking equipment. You’ll be a trusted partner in keeping our customers’ equipment operating at peak performance.
Looking for candidates living in southeastern Minnesota - Rochester, Winona, etc., or La Crosse, Wisconsin.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on CNC metal-cutting equipment at customer locations.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulics, electronics, software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Identify and replace necessary parts, test functionality, and make adjustments.
- Complete and submit paperwork and data entry accurately and on time.
- Other duties as required.
What You Bring
- Previous industrial maintenance experience, including troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Technical training or certification in mechatronics, electro-mechanical systems, automation, robotics, or industrial maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel locally and stay overnight 6-8 times per month.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $28 - $35/hour, plus incentives
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, with occasional overtime
