- Manage the financial, operational, and strategic performance of assigned apartments.
- Review monthly financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports.
- Conduct market analysis and evaluate performance trends.
- Partner with on-site management teams to improve leasing, occupancy, and operational efficiencies.
- Lead capital planning and project oversight.
- Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports to ownership.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, landlord-tenant laws, and company standards.
- Support acquisition, disposition, and due diligence efforts as needed.
