ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hands-on IT Support role where you’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting technical issues, setting up new equipment, and supporting users across the organization.
This position is ideal for someone with Tier 2 support experience who enjoys a mix of user interaction and technical problem-solving in a Microsoft-based environment.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and end users (onsite and remote)
- Set up and deploy new computers, applications, and user environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (Windows, Office 365, network access, etc.)
- Manage and document support tickets, including resolutions and escalations
- Assist with system updates, patching, and general IT maintenance
- Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) and Active Directory
WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years of IT Support / Desktop Support experience
- Strong experience with Windows environments and Microsoft 365
- Working knowledge of Active Directory
- Solid troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and user issues
- Experience supporting remote users
- Strong communication and customer service skills
NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)
- PowerShell or scripting experience
- Networking basics (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- Experience with tools like Intune or endpoint management platforms
- Exposure to Cisco/Meraki environments
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary: $65,000 – $77,500

SCHEDULE
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Primarily onsite with some flexibility
- Occasional after-hours support as needed
