- Up to $4,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses
- On-call bonus structure, up to $1,700 annually

- $500.00 - $1,000 Employee Referral Bonus Program (terms & conditions apply) Qualifications: - 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent - Previous management/ leadership experience in a maintenance setting- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 3 weeks
Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available! A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position.This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.Valid driver’s license required.A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.Employees are eligible for 20% off rent at any Monarch community, terms and conditions apply.
