Primary Job Responsibilities:
-
Effectively and efficiently park and retrieve customer vehicles without incident
-
Assist customers with any personal belongings, if requested
-
Promote good customer relations by providing service with a friendly demeanor, willingness to help, and a smile
-
Use and maintain valet equipment properly, including keeping the gear and work area clean and organized
-
Remain prompt by standing during a full shift, excluding scheduled breaks
-
Open doors for all guests
-
Observe and practice safety precautions at all times
-
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
-
Must have a valid driver’s license
-
Must pass a drug screening and criminal background check - no felonies
-
Must have a clean driving record within the last 3 years
-
Must pass a driving and parking test
-
Consistently display safe driving practices and a complete understanding of vehicle basics

Must be available for All Hands on Deck (AHOD) events
-
Practice safe cash handling and make correct change, if necessary
-
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills
-
Must be proficient in English, both verbally and in writing
-
Abide by HIPAA regulations at all times
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Always maintain a clean and professional appearance
-
Able to perform physical activities such as running, bending, and lifting up to 30lbs
-
Ability to work in all elements (i.e., rain, snow, sunshine)

Must have reliable transportation
-
Tattoos must be concealable
