Compensation: $24.00 – $34.00 / hour (Based on experience) | Overtime available

Job OverviewWe are hiring 4+ Industrial Motor Rewind Technicians for our specialized repair facility in Corpus Christi, TX. This role focuses strictly on the complete motor rewind process and rotating equipment overhaul, rather than general industrial maintenance.Important Notice: This position is based in Corpus Christi, TX and requires relocation. Please only apply if you are fully interested in relocating. A comprehensive relocation package is provided.

Relocation & Sign-On Bonus Package

• $3,000 Relocation reimbursement
• $1,950 Housing assistance
• $4,000 Retention bonus ($1,000 on Day 1, $1,500 at 90 days, $1,500 at 180 days)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complete tear-down, inspection, and documentation of rotating equipment and winding specifications.
• Remove damaged windings and manufacture, form, and install copper coils.
• Rewind AC/DC motors, generators, stators, armatures, wound rotors, and field coils.
• Handle both form-wound and random-wound coil processes.
• Complete electrical connections, insulate windings, and perform final quality and electrical testing.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial motor rewinding, electric motor repair, or motor coil-building experience.
• Proficiency reading motor winding data, schematics, and blue prints.
• Experience with brazing, soldering, insulation application, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Skilled in using motor-repair hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
