Position Overview:
We’re currently seeking an experienced Express Lube Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s skilled, dependable, and ready to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment. The right candidate will take pride in their work, communicate clearly with customers, and play a key role in keeping vehicles safe and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform oil changes and tire rotations efficiently and accurately

Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and report findings to technicians

Identify worn or damaged parts and explain issues clearly to customers

Discuss repair or maintenance needs with customers without applying sales pressure

Complete light maintenance tasks including air filters, batteries, wiper blades, and fluid services

Keep work areas clean, organized, and well-stocked

Assist with general shop upkeep, including light cleaning and basic facility maintenance

Deliver excellent customer service through friendly, knowledgeable interaction

Follow all safety procedures and company protocols

Show up on time, every time—reliable attendance is a must

Stay productive throughout the day with a strong work ethic and initiative
Qualifications:

Prior experience as a lube technician or in a related automotive service role

Solid understanding of basic vehicle systems and maintenance practices

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively

Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
