Salary: $150,000 - $225,000 per year

Job Details
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, purchase & sale agreements, and loan documents
- Handle commercial lending and borrowing transactions for financial institutions and developers
- Structure, advise, and close sophisticated real estate transactions for REITs, private equity, and investment firms
- Work closely with clients on high-value transactions and provide strategic counsel
- Manage deal timelines and coordinate with opposing counsel and stakeholders
Looking For:
- J.D. and licensed to practice in New York
- Minimum 2+ years of commercial real estate experience / we are also open to Senior Associates and Partners
- Strong background in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing
- Proven ability to manage real estate transactions from negotiation to closing
- Experience representing developers, REITs, or institutional investors is strongly preferred
