Hancock Daniel & Johnson, a nationally recognized healthcare law with over 50 attorneys, is hiring a Labor and Employment Law Associate Attorney to join our Corporate Team in Richmond, Virginia.
What You’ll Do
As a Labor and Employment Associate, you will be joining a collaborative team. Your day-to-day tasks may include advising clients on compliance with employment laws, drafting employment contracts and policies, representing clients in employment litigation and before administrative agencies, and conducting legal research.

Who We’re Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in Virginia, or ability to waive in
- 2+ years of labor and employment law experience
- Some knowledge of employment laws and regulations with law firm experience or clerkship a plus
- Strong verbal, legal research and writing skills
- A commitment to exceptional client service, continuous learning, and teamwork
