Hardware Hawaii, a local retail hardware and lumber business, is seeking a customer oriented and highly motivated individual for a full-time position as a Store Manager. The individual we seek is outgoing, enjoys working with customers in providing the best possible customer service and is able to lead large teams toward a common goal.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee entire store operations.
</li>
<li>
Recruit, lead, train and motivate associates to attain personal and store goals.
</li>
<li>
Manage store inventory to insure adherence to policies and optimal merchandising.
</li>
<li>
Ensure consistent outstanding customer service.
</li>
</ul>
Skills and Qualifications
<ul>
<li>
5 years of retail experience with 3 years of management experience required
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Friendly and outgoing with the ability to maintain a positive working relationships with all associates
</li>
<li>
Ability to perform duties in a prompt and professional manner.
</li>
<li>
Possess desire for team atmosphere
</li>
<li>
Excellent organizational skills and business acumen
</li>
<li>
Computer competency required
</li>
