Job Title: DIRECT HIRE - Maintenance Lead Technician (Night Shift)

Pay: $34-35/hr (raises every 6 months based on performance)

Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Transitioning to 12-hour shifts)

Overtime: As needed

Benefits: Full benefits (details provided during the interview)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production needs, ensuring support for production demands.
• Plan and assign tasks to technicians on shift.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and robotic systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs.
• Ensure maximum system efficiency and minimal downtime.
• Provide training and instructions to team members.
• Ensure tools, parts, and supplies are available for tasks.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.

Required Skills and Experience:

Electrical: Troubleshoot and repair controls and components (120 VAC, 24 VDC).

PLC: Troubleshoot and edit programs.

Pneumatics: Understand and troubleshoot pneumatic circuits.

Mechanical: High-level troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems.

Robotics: Point teaching, programming, and movement modifications.

Welding: Proficient in SMAW/Stick or GMAW/Mig welding.

Hydraulics: Understand and troubleshoot hydraulic circuits.

Utilities: Air compressor troubleshooting and repair.

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or GED.
