- Provide excellent customer service and develop positive customer relationships.
- Process and accept customer payments.
- Make collection calls and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Utilize computer systems and software to complete daily tasks.
- Assist with marketing-related activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent computer skills are required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable making collection calls and discussing payments.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Knowledge of AI tools and marketing experience is a plus!
