About the Role
We are seeking a Site Supervisor, Deployment & Repair to lead a team of 10+ team members and oversee daily device deployment, imaging, configuration, inventory, delivery, and repair operations. This onsite leadership role ensures timely, highquality service across multiple workflows while maintaining a productive, engaged, and accountable team environment.
The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple fastmoving workflows, and a passion for building efficient, highperformance operations.
What Youll Do
Lead & Develop the Team
- Supervise a team of 10+ team members across varied roles.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative, positive, and highperformance culture.
- Support training, onboarding, and the development of SOPs and process guides.
Oversee Daily Operations
- Manage deployment and repair operations across multiple service workflows.
- Ensure all work meets quality, accuracy, and servicelevel expectations.
- Monitor KPIs, service metrics, and workflow performance.
- Prioritize tasks and manage workload volume (e.g., FIFO).
- Reconcile delivery confirmations in the ticketing system.
Drive Operational Excellence
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Optimize workflows, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Support changes related to tools, systems, and service processes.
- Provide monthly performance reporting to leadership.
Inventory & Logistics
- Oversee device inventory, tools, and asset management.
- Ensure timely and safe equipment pickup and delivery across service areas.
Communication & Collaboration
- Serve as the onsite point of contact for servicerelated issues and escalations.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve challenges and support customer needs.
- Assist with Dell partner program.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience supervising teams in service delivery, logistics, or technical operations.
- Experience managing multiple workflows in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and report on operational metrics (KPIs, SLAs).
- Experience with inventory management, asset tracking, or service tools.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ConnectWise is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely within an operational environment.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and a schoolspecific background check under the Jessica Lunsford Act.
- Associates degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in publicsector service environments is a plus.
